Talent Acquisition Partner (Engineering)

This position is initially based in Carmel, IN headquarters, moving to Noblesville, IN in January 2027. Remote work is available Tuesdays and Fridays after initial training, with remaining days on-site.

About the role

As part of the global recruiting team, you will own end-to-end recruiting activities for engineering and manufacturing-related roles. The role involves using leading-edge recruiting resources to identify, recruit, evaluate, recommend, and secure qualified candidates to support company growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of mostly exempt-level roles, primarily in engineering and highly technical fields.
• Manage the interview process with candidates and hiring managers in accordance with company guidelines.
• Negotiate salaries and present job offers to candidates.
• Represent Toyota Automated Logistics at career fairs and local events.
• Source, identify, and qualify candidates via phone screens and in-person interviews.
• Develop strategies to increase the talent pool and maintain a pipeline for commonly filled positions.
• Create and administer communication plans to attract active and passive candidates.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in organizational improvement projects and company-wide engagement events.
• Adhere to information security policies, protect confidential data, complete required training, and report security incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering and technical roles.
• Proficiency with ATS systems, EEO compliance, and candidate tracking.
• Ability to communicate consistently about company culture, products, and opportunities.
• Knowledge of networking, social media, and technology to attract passive talent.
• Ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA long-term without sponsorship.
