Pay

  • Talent Acquisition Partner II: $72,000 (minimum) – $110,000 (maximum) estimated annual base pay
  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: $85,000 (minimum) – $125,000 (maximum) estimated annual base pay

Schedule

Hybrid schedule with onsite work required on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and remote work on Tuesday and Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals, including identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, and creating job postings.
  • Conduct candidate screening and selection, assessing qualifications, experience, and cultural fit through interviews, reference checks, and assessments.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws, while maintaining accurate records.
  • For Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: Develop and implement advanced recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • For Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • For Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: Manage the entire recruitment process, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • For Senior Talent Acquisition Partner: Coach and mentor team members to develop new skills and advance their careers within Talent Acquisition.

This position requires handling information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
