Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both corporate and field leadership positions. This role will focus heavily on recruiting Store Managers and leadership talent across multiple markets while partnering closely with operations and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Recruit for leadership and management-level positions across multiple locations
• Build proactive talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels
• Partner with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies and make hiring recommendations
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Track recruiting activity, maintain ATS data, and monitor hiring metrics

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Experience recruiting leadership-level positions is highly preferred
• Hospitality, retail, restaurant, or multi-unit recruiting experience is a plus
