Talent Acquisition Partner
Core Responsibilities
- Create sourcing plans and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Develop compelling job advertisements and recruitment marketing content to attract top talent.
- Produce candidate assessments, interview summaries, and hiring recommendations for hiring managers.
- Generate market intelligence reports, including talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring trends.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns that enhance the company's reputation in the marketplace.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of related experience, or 8 years of related experience and no degree.
- Experience recruiting within professional services or consulting environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools.
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, including professional, technical, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles.
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring regulations, and recruiting best practices.
- Career fair planning, employer branding, event management, and university partnership development.
- Talent market trends, compensation structures, and competitive hiring practices.
- Written and verbal communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

The Salary Ranges For This Role Are As Follows
- $75,000 - $205,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier AA - Sample Locations: NY Metro, San Franscisco, San Jose, Seattle)
- $70,000 - $190,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier A - Sample Locations: Irvine CA, Middlesex NJ, Tacoma WA, Boston, Alexandria)
- $64,000 - $174,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier B - Sample Locations - Baltimore, Chicago, Anchorage, Portland)
- $58,000 - $158,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier C - Sample Locations - Atlanta, Charlotte, Cincinnati, Miami)
- $55,000 - $150,000 USD annually (Geographical Tier D - Sample Locations - Mississippi, Mobile AL, Bowling Green KY, Tulsa)
