About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This individual will leverage effective sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates and stay abreast of external marketplace and industry trends to share recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition to review job requisitions/postings, job offers, social media initiatives, advertising, and best practices.
  • Maintains and develops a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
  • Uses employee referrals, career fairs, recruiting boards, the internet, social media, and industry and community organizations to build a strong talent pool.
  • Manages the recruitment lifecycle for exempt-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
  • Drives a positive candidate experience, solicits feedback, and communicates status to candidates and hiring managers, while dispositioning status updates in Dayforce.
  • Leads other recruitment-based programs, including diversity initiatives, high school student outreach efforts, college recruiting, and manager training opportunities.
  • Assists with special projects within the Human Resources Department as assigned by the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in HR, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience working in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience creating and executing sourcing strategies to target top candidates.
  • Expertise working with applicant tracking systems, preferably Dayforce, strategic sourcing techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and various job boards.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and practices.
  • Experience participating in college and professional recruitment events.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to self-direct and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Ability to navigate competing priorities and provide exceptional service and results to leadership.
  • Excellent time management and creative problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

Office setting. Seldom exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Occasionally exposed to a loud working environment in the shop area. Functional vision and hearing are required.
