We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to handle full life-cycle recruitment for Mission Critical projects. This role involves thought leadership, process management, and collaboration with stakeholders across Suffolk to drive strategic recruitment, research, analysis, and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively with both corporate and operations teams.

This position requires in-office work 4 days a week in Boston, Herndon, or Dallas.

Responsibilities

Source, identify, prescreen, and qualify candidates prior to hiring team interviews.
Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profiles, understand needs, and define requirements (e.g., job description, salary, timing, expectations).
Coordinate the hiring process and all logistics for recruitment activities.
Present an accurate description of the position and company history to prospective candidates.
Update candidate records in the company Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) to maintain current and accurate information.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Develop and manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Perform competitive research.
Summarize the weekly status of all active searches across the region.
Provide a “best-in-class” onboarding experience to all new hires as part of Suffolk’s People & Culture team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.
Experience recruiting for complex, specialized, or high-priority positions; Mission Critical, data center, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
High sense of urgency and extreme attention to detail.
Collaborative, positive, and team-oriented mindset.
Commitment to providing best-in-class customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Sound judgment and ability to escalate issues when appropriate.
Previous experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
Ability to make decisions promptly and with confidence.

Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods; talk or hear; and use fine motor, hand, and finger skills for tasks such as typing, telephone use, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The role is primarily office-based with a quiet to moderate noise level, but may also involve job site walking.
