About the role
We’re seeking a motivated and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to join a forward-thinking team dedicated to revolutionizing mobility, enhancing wellbeing, and elevating modern living. This full-time role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, working four days onsite in Wickliffe, OH, and one day remote per week.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the full lifecycle recruitment process, partnering with diverse stakeholder groups to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent.
- Engage in candidate sourcing through innovative outreach methods, screening for skill and cultural fit, providing strategic recommendations, managing offer negotiations, and continuously refining recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate diversity.
- Educate HR and hiring managers on best practices, market trends, and compliance regulations such as EEOC and pay transparency.
- Identify novel sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles across the U.S., including participation in local career fairs and community outreach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years full lifecycle talent acquisition experience in manufacturing, industrial, or trades sectors
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and influence at all levels
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of hiring compliance regulations (EEOC, pay transparency, salary bans)
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a sense of urgency and inclusivity in high-change environments
Nice to have
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Indeed, and local outreach platforms
- Certification such as SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar
- Experience attending local career fairs and organizing community engagement events
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant full lifecycle recruitment experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related industries
- Proven track record of successful talent sourcing for niche technical roles in the U.S.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel for local career fairs and community outreach events in Northeast Ohio
- Ability to adapt swiftly to changing priorities and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Strong leadership capabilities to guide and influence hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
