Responsibilities
- Develop and execute hiring plans for assigned positions and business areas.
- Post open positions through company career sites and appropriate external job boards.
- Source active and passive candidates through social media, resume databases, professional networks, industry contacts, and other channels.
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates to support current and anticipated hiring needs.
- Conduct candidate prescreens through phone, video, and/or in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates and present qualified individuals to hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, interview panels, and other stakeholders.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Prepare interview panels and stakeholders to support a consistent and effective interview process.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to establish competency-based interview questions and evaluation criteria.
- Provide guidance on fair and consistent candidate selection practices and help identify potential sources of bias.
- Serve as a trusted recruiting advisor to internal stakeholders.
- Support employer branding initiatives that increase awareness of career opportunities and recruiting programs.
- Promote employment opportunities through social media and other external channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, professional networks, and vendors.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Set and manage candidate expectations regarding the recruitment process and timelines.
- Partner with business leaders to align searches with established enterprise recruiting processes.
- Support internal talent by providing guidance on available career opportunities and navigating the internal hiring process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, or similar professional disciplines.
- Expertise in behavioral and competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements, including EEO and OFCCP.
- Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
Pay
$35 to $45 an hour, based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other job-related qualifications.
