Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Full Lifecycle Recruiter with 5+ years of experience, ideally across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You should be a proactive talent advisor who seamlessly handles everything from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to guiding hiring managers with data-driven insights. Responsibilities: Partner with business leaders to execute on recruiting strategies for proactive sourcing, recruiting and interviewing for current and future needsResponsible for full lifecycle recruiting including, sourcing, screening and scheduling candidates throughout the recruitment processActs as liaison between candidates, Hiring Managers and HR business partners providing guidance and communication through the interview, offer, and hiring processBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their teams needs, priorities and long term goalsInfluence leaders with available talent data, including incumbent performance data and external talent pool data to ensure we are creating robust pipelines of ideal candidatesServe as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and guidance on talent acquisition best practicesResponsible for evaluating complex issues to develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendations using analytical and a problem solving mindsetResponsible for providing as needed individual support and training to the recruiting team, ensuring process steps are executed correctlyManage and track the job approval workflow, ensuring timely movement and clear communicationBe willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years relevant recruitment industry experienceBachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceProven experience as a Full Life Cycle Recruiter, ideally with a focus on both technical and non-technical roles within a small to mid-side SaaS environment preferredStrong expertise in sourcing methods, candidate assessment, and interview techniques.Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills required to evaluate complex issues, develop logical conclusions, and make appropriate recommendationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.Proven ability to to meet or exceed recruitment metrics/KPI’s on a consistent basisFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.Proactive mindset to help grow the business aligned to organizational goalsExperience identifying and leading or participating in process improvement projects for Talent AcquisitionHigh level of discretion and confidentiality with executive leadership What SOCi Provides To You Comprehensive Benefits Package (full-time permanent, non-contract roles only)Health insurance plans, dental, and visionWellness incentives401(k) plan with employer matchFlexible Work Environment (full-time, non-contract roles only)Flexible paid time offQuarterly wellness daysPaid holidaysUnique employee engagement programs Empowering Career Growth and Success What’s Important At SOCi Led by a team of industry experts, SOCi is leading the pack in agentic marketing for multi-location brands.
