The Talent Acquisition Partner actively seeks diverse talent and collaborates with HR Business Partners and local leadership to drive short- and long-term hiring efforts within specified markets or regions. This role manages the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to conducting interviews and presenting them to hiring managers, while ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including identifying search opportunities and candidate sourcing.
- Pre-screen and interview candidates, presenting top talent to hiring managers.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through the final offer stage.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and local leadership to drive hiring efforts.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- 3+ years of experience with an ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
