The Talent Acquisition Partner will actively recruit diverse talent and collaborate with HR Business Partners and local leadership to drive short- and long-term hiring efforts in specified markets or regions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from identifying search opportunities and sourcing candidates to pre-screening, conducting interviews, and presenting candidates to hiring managers.
- Manage the entire candidate experience, from initial contact through the final offer stage.
- Engage effectively across all organizational levels with a highly collaborative work style, strong service orientation, and exceptional communication skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- 3+ years of experience with an ATS system (iCIMS & LinkedIn Recruiter strongly preferred).
- 2+ years of recruiting experience for an AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field or 8 years of equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 7 years of prior relevant experience.
