Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be partnering with different functions of the Gas Services business to deliver hiring ramp-ups across field engineering, installation and commissioning, technicians, outage and maintenance support, and related operational project teams. You will build talent pipelines that reflect travel, schedule, technical, safety, and customer-facing requirements, while using workforce demand, market intelligence, and recruiting data to guide leaders and keep delivery on track.

The Gas Services division offers low‑emission power generation through service and decarbonization, with zero or low emission power generation, all gas turbines, steam turbines and generators under one roof, and decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
