A Brief Overview The Talent Acquisition Partner is a strategic partner responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment services across a variety of roles and business units. This role combines consultative partnership, data-driven decision-making, and proactive sourcing strategies to ensure the right talent is hired at the right time. The Talent Acquisition Partner builds strong relationships with hiring leaders, mentors peers, and continuously improves recruiting processes to meet evolving business needs. Responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding KPIs. This role will primarily support our Contact Center and Early Careers recruiting teams. What You'll Do Delivers high quality hires by aligning talent strategies with business needs, ensuring the right talent is placed in the right roles at the right time.Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders, acting as a trusted advisor and talent consultant throughout the hiring process.Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using a strategic talent lens and market intelligence to ensure alignment with role expectations.Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps in recruiting KPIs, driving continuous improvement in performance and outcomes.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and participating in projects that elevate the recruiting function.Adapt to cross-functional recruiting needs, shifting between teams and role types (hourly/salaried) while maintaining consistent delivery standards.Leverages TA Technology platforms (ATS, Paradox, Sourcing Tools) to streamline workflows, enhance the candidate experience, and drive data-informed hiring decisions; proactively identifies opportunities to optimize system usage and recommends improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Provide mentorship and support to peer recruiters by sharing best practices, offering guidance, and fostering a collaborative team environment.Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, including legal complianceComplete projects, upon requestPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree referredMinimum of 1-3 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experienceDemonstrates strong business acumen and understanding of how talent strategy aligns with broader organizational goals; able to influence hiring decisions through consultative partnership.Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, tailoring messaging to different audiences and proactively addressing potential issues.Applies a consistent talent lens to identify high-potential candidates and align sourcing strategies with business needs and market dynamics.Takes initiative and demonstrates drive for results, consistently delivering on hiring goals and proactively addressing challenges.Manages time and priorities effectively, balancing requisition load, stakeholder engagement, and project work with minimal supervision.Leverages data and insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve decision-making, with a developing ability to tell a compelling story through metrics.Change Agility: support the Safelite Spirit and vision by embracing positive change through your actions.
