The Talent Acquisition Partner is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing top talent across Sabre Industries' diverse business segments. This position serves as a trusted strategic advisor to hiring managers, builds scalable sourcing pipelines, and shapes the candidate experience and employer brand. The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, a bias for action, and demonstrated success recruiting for both professional and skilled trades/manufacturing roles. Experience supporting multi-site, high-volume, or industrial environments is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referral programs, professional networks, and direct outreach to build deep candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
- Develop and maintain talent pools for critical or recurring positions (corporate functions, engineers, etc.) to reduce time-to-fill.
- Partner with marketing and HR leadership to strengthen Sabre's employer brand and candidate value proposition across digital and campus channels.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites, and corporate functions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.
- Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership
- Build trusted relationships with site managers, department heads, and HR Business Partners across Sabre's Utilities, Telecom, SBS, and Galvanizing segments.
- Consult on job description development, interview panel design, candidate evaluation frameworks, and selection best practices.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and the TA leadership team.
- Compliance, Process & Systems Integrity
- Maintain accurate, timely ATS records throughout every stage of the recruiting workflow, ensuring data quality for reporting and AAP compliance.
- Provide administrative and analytical support for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) obligations, leveraging the ATS, Excel, and HRIS to track applicant flow data.
- Ensure all recruiting activity complies with federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, etc.) and internal policies and procedures.
- Represent Sabre at technical school and college career fairs, industry events, and community hiring initiatives.
- Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Deliver a consistently professional, responsive, and human candidate experience from first contact through offer — reflecting Sabre's values of connection and commitment.
- Serve as a Sabre brand ambassador, communicating our culture, career development philosophy, and total rewards story with authenticity and conviction.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate, employee, and vendor interactions.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success across production & skill/trade manufacturing roles.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong command of ATS platforms (UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to leverage Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment law (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA) and AAP compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (15 - 25+ reqs) while maintaining quality and stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting data, recommendations, and market insights to business leaders.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel up to 15% for site visits, job fairs, and university/technical school events.
