    • Partner with marketing and HR leadership to strengthen Sabre's employer brand and candidate value proposition across digital and campus channels.

    • Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and the TA leadership team.
  • Compliance, Process & Systems Integrity
    • Maintain accurate, timely ATS records throughout every stage of the recruiting workflow, ensuring data quality for reporting and AAP compliance.
    • Provide administrative and analytical support for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) obligations, leveraging the ATS, Excel, and HRIS to track applicant flow data.
    • Ensure all recruiting activity complies with federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, etc.) and internal policies and procedures.
    • Represent Sabre at technical school and college career fairs, industry events, and community hiring initiatives.
  • Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
    • Deliver a consistently professional, responsive, and human candidate experience from first contact through offer — reflecting Sabre's values of connection and commitment.
    • Serve as a Sabre brand ambassador, communicating our culture, career development philosophy, and total rewards story with authenticity and conviction.
    • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate, employee, and vendor interactions.
