About the Opportunity

This role leads recruitment efforts for Go-To-Market (GTM) and General & Administrative (G&A) roles, primarily across North America. The Talent Acquisition Partner partners closely with hiring leaders to attract and hire top talent, strengthen diversity initiatives, and deliver an efficient, positive candidate experience. The position contributes to building a diverse, high-performing workforce aligned with the organization’s values and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM and G&A roles across North America.
  • Partner with GTM and G&A leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance and market insights.
  • Source, engage, and assess candidates from diverse backgrounds to support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use data-driven hiring practices to improve recruiting efficiency and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition Operations, and hiring teams to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of GTM and G&A recruiting experience within the SaaS industry.
  • At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience at high-growth technology companies.
  • Proven success hiring for Enterprise Technical Sales, Marketing, Legal, HR, Finance, and Accounting roles, including senior-level positions.
  • Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Experience using data and recruiting metrics to inform hiring decisions and improve processes.
  • Experience with Workday, Greenhouse, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Pay

Pay range: $131,386–$164,232.50 USD.
