About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will work with the Head of People & Culture to develop and maintain a high-performing talent acquisition and onboarding strategy. This role is responsible for all recruitment procedures and processes, from sourcing to hiring, and identifying high-potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Create, own, and manage full-cycle recruiting and staffing processes to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience, including internal promotions, transfers, and changes.
- Find and leverage innovative techniques to capture the attention of top talent, with a strong focus on identifying and attracting passive candidates.
- Create and maintain an interview scoring model to consistently evaluate candidates directly and/or through the interview process, leveraging data for hiring decisions and measuring recruiting success periodically.
- Partner with executives and department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Schedule interviews, oversee preparation of interview questions, and other hiring and selection materials.
- Collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
- Implement online and offline employer branding activities.
- Develop recruitment materials to increase employer brand awareness, especially within the retirement industry.
- Build a network of qualified candidates who are excited about the company.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Compile and analyze data and metrics to report on recruiting outcomes, including recruiting and staffing expense/efficiency KPIs across FTEs and contractors.
- Manage and participate in the onboarding process for all new hires and contractors.
- Manage external partnerships with colleges, job boards, and ATS vendors.
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive company awareness.
- Manage the overall H1B process.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3 to 5 years’ experience as an expert hands-on recruiter, preferably in technology and/or financial services.
- Strong customer service focus, both internally and externally.
- Ability to recruit across the business, from creative talent to technical operations to administrative roles.
- Proven organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
- Proficient with LinkedIn sourcing techniques and applicant-tracking software.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with strong negotiation tactics.
- Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment, prioritize work, and maintain confidentiality.
- Paylocity and Salesforce experience a plus.
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred.

For virtual remote positions, an uninterrupted workspace is required, with family care in place during business hours. Internet speed must be 50 MBps or better for individual use; if multiple people share the connection, a stronger speed is required.
Pay
The average salary for this position is expected to be between $65,000 and $85,000 per year. Base pay may vary depending on market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other rewards and benefits may include a 401(k) match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, and paid time off.
