Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with business leaders and hiring managers to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Responsible for full cycle recruiting from intake through offer of employment and pre-onboarding.
  • Facilitate phone screening, interview scheduling, and candidate selection from source to hire.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of networking, recruiting and hiring events.
  • Meet all goals related to key staffing metrics such as time to fill, new hire effectiveness, candidate experience, etc.
  • Support company EEO or Diversity initiatives and accurately report and track required data.
  • Develop and maintain ongoing internal and external networking, community and association relationships to identify and recruit qualified candidates for critical roles across departments and business units.
  • Develop creative recruitment solutions and talent pipeline strategies.
  • Provide and ensure best in class candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Ensure recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state and federal employment laws.
  • Provide input on process improvement opportunities through consistent collaboration.
  • Research new methods and tools for sourcing and pipelining passive candidates and conduct exploratory interviews for potential adjacent opportunities.
  • Identify challenges with a growth mindset mentality and respond with strategic solutions that best address the goals and direction of all stakeholders involved.
  • Partner with HR on relaying market feedback, negotiations, and offer creation.
  • Contribute to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts focused on increasing representation and access to opportunity in all recruitment activities.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience in the Talent Acquisition space.
  • 2+ years experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition initiatives and processes.
  • Experience supporting a variety of roles and stakeholders within a dynamic environment and managing customer experience throughout.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, Applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus), and CRM platforms a plus.

Problem Solving

  • Strong organization skills, self-starter mentality, and possesses a growth mindset.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across HR, IT, Engineering, EHS, Finance, etc.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels: web, social, professional networks.
  • Has built and maintains a broad network of professional relationships.
  • Experience with high volume technical or operational, exempt, corporate, and manufacturing roles.
  • Demonstrated track record in attracting, sourcing, and selecting top talent.
  • Ability to seamlessly collaborate with varying internal and external stakeholders.

Communications

  • Excellent listening, communication, networking, and influencing skills are critical to this role.

Other Requirements

  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 25 percent).
  • Ability to work in a factory setting.
