Job Description NSF is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have the opportunity to partner will all levels of the organization within various divisions. You will be a key member of the HR team that will support the success and growth of a complex organization. Responsibilities Oversee the full cycle recruitment process for assigned open positions including identify recruiting resources, sourcing, prescreening and qualifying candidates, providing a diverse pool of qualified candidates to hiring managers, developing interview questionnaires, interviewing all final candidates, reference checks, and extending job offersPost job openings through ATS, Linked-In and other resources as neededActively source candidates; connect with and attract passive talentUse creative networks and recruiting tools to find the best candidatesBuild relationships and influence internal customersProvide hiring managers with effective screening, interviewing and selection techniquesCoordinate candidate interviews via MS Teams and travel to interviews as necessaryMaintain interview tracking systems and current openings/positions filled reportEstablish and maintain successful relationships with university/college placement resources, industry related resources, direct placement and temporary recruiting agencies as neededSupport overall recruiting strategies, policies, practices, and standardsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's DegreeA minimum of 3 years recruiting/hiring experience (staffing or HR corporate level)Experience with recruiting in the scientific, food, water and/or technical industriesOnline / trade publication job posting experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge of interviewing techniquesExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferred Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)Excellent sourcing skills utilizing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedExcellent MS Office software experience: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, ExplorerExtensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practicesAbility to manage and maintain confidential informationAbility to be hybrid to Ann Arbor, MI headquarters (3 days/week in office) About Us With a legacy spanning more than 80 years, NSF leverages science and innovation to improve human and planet health.
