Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on driving recruitment initiatives and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
  • Conduct thorough research on target markets and industries to identify potential candidates
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the industry
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-potential candidates
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment software

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
