About the role
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their dynamic team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, with a focus on driving recruitment initiatives and fostering positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates
- Conduct thorough research on target markets and industries to identify potential candidates
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions
- Source and screen candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within the industry
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting high-potential candidates
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ATS systems and recruitment software
Qualifications
- Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar ATS systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
