Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
At Metrea, we seek out the most complex national security challenges and proactively develop elegant solutions. Those solutions start with our people, and their ability to deliver mission-critical effects around the world. Our Talent Acquisition team is focused on delivering equally compelling and strategic recruiting solutions to our teammates and business leaders through deep recruiting expertise, a consultative approach, and analytical rigor.
In this role, you will partner closely with leaders across Metrea's US and European Electromagnetic & Cyber Group to deliver high-quality hiring. EM&C at its core is a tightly integrated unit consisting of prior military, scientists, software developers, program managers and lab leads that work across a myriad of technology domains staffing contracts and prototyping. The roles range from ability to obtain a clearance to roles requiring an active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph or CI Polygraph. We're actively investing in our TA function and you'll own meaningful pieces of that build alongside your peers across TA.
You will be successful if you are an experienced in-house recruiter who runs searches with sound judgement, knows what exceptional recruiting looks like, and can confidently influence senior stakeholders with clear recommendations and thoughtful challenge.
