We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our recruiting team in Seattle, WA. Your voice is heard here—you will serve as an influencer, building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with business units. Our leaders rely on us as talent strategists, partnering closely with them to solve talent opportunities, learn their businesses from the ground up, and collaborate with other HR partners in our dynamic and established HR team.

Responsibilities
- Build a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities.
- Address legal and compliance issues related to talent acquisition.
- Train HR staff on the Applicant Tracking System.
- Source, interview, qualify, negotiate offers, and hire candidates to fill open requisitions.
- Proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
- Pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting.
- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment, including social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
- Maintain a constant focus on the marketplace and report market intelligence.
- Manage and define the McKinstry College Recruiting program.
- Add value during the offer stage by ensuring candidate decision triggers are clearly understood.
- Take the lead in driving solutions to recruiting problems with resourcefulness and persistence.
- Demonstrate a strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Drive enhancements to candidate site(s).
- Screen, interview, and manage active candidates.
- Communicate McKinstry’s employment value proposition effectively, providing information on job and career advancement opportunities.
- Track candidate workflows, source data, pre-screen information, and other required metrics.
- Create Boolean and other complex search strings in paid web boards and standard search engines.
- Continuously streamline processes—individually and collaboratively—to drive measurable results.
- Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Manage additional HR projects as required.
- Develop search plans and work within a contact management system.
- Develop creative approaches to delivering quality candidates.
- Develop knowledge of assigned business groups' structure, strategies, and critical skill requirements.
- Build dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners to meet talent needs.
- Provide the highest quality of customer service for the organization and build a long-term, high-potential talent pipeline to support future growth.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruiting for field, service, and labor positions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in networking and familiarity with best search practices.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
- Some knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws and regulations, including EEO, ADA, OFCCP, and general HR practices (preferred).

Pay
The pay range for this position is $72,090 - $119,300 per year. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
