As our organization grows, so does the need for a strong, responsive Talent Acquisition team. We're investing in additional recruiting capacity so our team can better support hiring leaders, strengthen talent pipelines, improve the candidate experience and proactively recruit for the positions our communities need. We're looking for two Talent Acquisition Partners who are energized by recruiting, relationship-building, problem-solving and finding creative ways to connect great people with meaningful careers. Location: This is a full time, onsite position based in Kalispell, Montana.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs, define recruiting strategies and build effective hiring plans.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and transition to onboarding.
- Source and engage both active and passive candidates using creative and proactive recruiting strategies.
- Develop pipelines for high-demand, specialized and hard-to-fill positions.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional, responsive candidate experience.
- Consult with leaders on recruiting trends, candidate availability, compensation considerations and market conditions.
- Use recruiting data and metrics to evaluate results, identify challenges and adjust strategy.
