About the Role

Plan, coordinate, and administer recruitment activities for Managerial, Professional, Production, and Maintenance positions within Kia Georgia.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and hire top talent for salaried and hourly positions resulting from attrition, promotions, transfers, and organizational growth.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies utilizing internal talent pipelines, external recruiting channels, professional networks, workforce partners, and recruitment agencies.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, establish candidate qualifications, review applicant pools, facilitate candidate selection, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews for professional, technical, leadership, and hourly positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to company hiring standards.
  • Manage candidate workflow from application through offer acceptance and onboarding, ensuring timely movement through assessments, background checks, pre-employment requirements, and start-date readiness.
  • Maintain and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS), ensuring accurate candidate data, compliance documentation, recruitment metrics, and reporting.
  • Administer relocation programs for salaried hires, serving as a liaison between candidates, relocation vendors, and internal stakeholders while managing exception requests and policy interpretation.
  • Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and ad hoc staffing reports, providing workforce insights, recruitment metrics, and hiring forecasts to leadership and external recruiting partners.
  • Support and administer internal career advancement programs, including Team Member Transfer Systems, Career Opportunity Programs, Maintenance Certification Programs, Team Leader Selection initiatives, and salaried internal mobility opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to develop, implement, and continuously improve employment policies, staffing procedures, workforce planning strategies, and workforce control processes for hourly and salaried team members.
  • Design and execute innovative recruitment marketing and advertising strategies to strengthen employer branding and attract qualified talent in competitive labor markets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with Tier I and Tier II recruiting agencies, educational institutions, workforce development organizations, and community partners to support hiring objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company employment regulations, policies, and diversity hiring initiatives.
  • Participate in special projects, process improvement initiatives, workforce planning efforts, and other Human Resources programs that support organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Related field and 5+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition, Executive recruiting, or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and build partnerships with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential matters.
  • Experience using ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and workforce planning tools.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Skills

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.
  • Experience with SAP system preferred.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate high volume applicant flow.
