Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hilti North America (HNA), you will attract, assess, and hire diverse talent to meet the business’s needs. You will work closely with HR leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment strategies, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience for all applicants. This role is a true business partner, bringing market insights to stakeholders with a delivery-focused mindset.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned requisitions through the full recruitment lifecycle—creation, alignment, posting, assessment, interview, and offer—while maintaining updated documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR Information Systems (e.g., HCM, CRM).
- Conduct thorough alignment meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and translate them into an effective assessment and search strategy.
- Review applications in a timely manner; conduct in-depth candidate screenings in alignment with hiring manager expectations while maintaining professionalism, fairness, and a strengths-based approach.
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies to ensure a high-quality, diverse applicant pool.
- Collaborate across the business, Talent Acquisition, and HR ecosystem to fulfill hiring goals efficiently and with high quality, including talent attraction, talent sourcing, and university recruiting.
- Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, required.
- Minimum of four (4) years of combined relevant HR, Hilti, or sales experience; equivalent total years of end-to-end recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Self-leadership skills to work independently with limited direction and achieve consistent results.
- Proven ability to manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment cycle.
- Track record of attracting, assessing, and hiring quality talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- High level of expertise in Talent Acquisition to effectively liaise between HR Business Partners and mid-level/senior management.
- Continuous improvement mentality in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with exceptional customer service.
- Ability to maintain high levels of data quality to build insights that influence decision-making.
- Strong influencing skills and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience driving a diverse candidate pipeline and championing inclusivity with hiring managers, including writing inclusive job advertisements.
- Outstanding organizational ability, attention to detail, and follow-up.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English or French/English) skills, a plus.
- Professional certifications in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP), a plus.
