About the Role

We are seeking a fully competent professional with in-depth knowledge and experience in staffing/recruitment and business partnership to join our team in a hybrid role local to the Nashville area. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of recruiting at all levels of the organization and experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and incorporate functions into Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations to support business objectives
• Use Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, and other tools to perform daily tasks
• Compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and draw and interpret graphs
• Train others in functional areas, interact with others, and make presentations to department or middle management
• Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5 years of related experience
• Experience in staffing/recruitment and business partner roles
• Strong understanding of recruiting at all levels of the organization
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding

Qualifications

• Proficiency in desktop computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Pay

$32-$34/hr
