About the role

The role at Episcopal Church Home focuses on providing high-quality care and support to residents in various living options including independent/ residential living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehab. The position also involves managing the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion and overseeing Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion
• Manage and ensure the quality of meals served through Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services
• Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care plans for residents
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
• Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure they meet performance expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or related field
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living

Qualifications

• Current certification in Long-Term Care Management (or equivalent)
• Experience with memory care and dementia management
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
