About the role
The role at Episcopal Church Home focuses on providing high-quality care and support to residents in various living options including independent/ residential living, assisted living, memory care, long-term care, and short-term rehab. The position also involves managing the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion and overseeing Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the Center for Memory Support & Inclusion
- Manage and ensure the quality of meals served through Deupree Meals On Wheels and Swipe 'N' Dine services
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive care plans for residents
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
- Supervise staff and volunteers to ensure they meet performance expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., healthcare, social work)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior living or related field
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in senior living
Qualifications
- Current certification in Long-Term Care Management (or equivalent)
- Experience with memory care and dementia management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
