Description
Working closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Hiring Leaders, the Talent Acquisition Partner acts as a strategic business partner to understand Emory Healthcare staffing demands and works to effectively attract and hire diverse, top talent. Effectively and efficiently performs all related recruitment activities, including conducting intake sessions, sourcing, interviewing, and reviewing compensation for assigned service lines throughout Emory Healthcare.
Safeguards compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and EHC policies in the employment process.

- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to influence hiring leaders to move quickly in selection and offer stages to optimize the opportunity to hire top candidates
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Physical Requirements
- Medium physical demands: Lifting up to 50 lbs maximum, carrying objects up to 25 lbs, occasional to frequent standing and walking, frequent sitting, close eye work including computer work, typing, reading, and writing.
- Environmental exposures: May vary depending on assigned work area and tasks, including blood-borne pathogen exposure, bio-hazardous waste, chemicals, gases, fumes, and vapors, communicable diseases, electrical shock, floor surfaces, hot and cold temperatures, indoor and outdoor conditions, latex, lighting, patient care and handling injuries, radiation, shift work, travel may be required, use of personal protective equipment, including respirators.
