• Provide Training and Support
• Ensure Candidate Experience
• Utilise ATS

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience can be a blend of agency and in-house recruiting experience across various business areas.
• Achieving successful recruitment outcomes with clear KPIs and success rates.
• Strong communication skills to create compelling messages.
• Building relationships quickly with business stakeholders.
• Resolving challenging situations positively.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but no required.

Mostly remote with some travel required, mostly to our New York City office.

Pay

$90,000 - $110,000 depending on experience.
