Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner serves as an advisor and recruitment expert, driving the full lifecycle hiring process for assigned business units. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business objectives, fosters an exceptional candidate experience, and supports workforce planning and diversity initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive, tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple disciplines, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Onboarding & Orientation: Partner with HR and business leaders to design and deliver effective onboarding programs, ensuring new hires are integrated successfully and equipped with the tools and knowledge to thrive.
  • Basic HR Support: Assist with general HR duties, including employee inquiries, HR documentation, policy guidance, personnel file maintenance, employee relations support, and coordination of HR programs and initiatives.
  • Supervision of Sourcing Recruiter: Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, workload prioritization, and performance feedback to the sourcing recruiter to ensure sourcing efforts align with hiring priorities and recruiting goals.
  • Remote Work Collaboration: Maintain consistent communication and engagement with stakeholders through virtual platforms; ensure timely updates and responsiveness in a remote environment.
  • Employer Branding: Champion the company's brand through social media, networking, and industry events to attract top talent.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and analytics to guide hiring decisions.
  • Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to employment laws, diversity goals, and internal policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze recruitment KPIs to measure success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Remote Work Expectations

  • Maintain a professional and productive home office environment.
  • Ensure reliable internet connectivity and proficiency with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom, ATS platforms).
  • Demonstrate strong time management and self-discipline to meet deadlines and KPIs.
  • Be available during core business hours and responsive to team communications.
  • Travel to Dallas quarterly for team meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, social recruiting, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience supporting onboarding and orientation programs, preferred.
  • Experience providing guidance, coaching, or supervision to recruiting or sourcing team members, preferred.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities.
