There are over 5 billion users using basic applications today such as email, notes, tasks that are not AI-native. The system must handle multi-step reasoning, interact with external tools, and remain reliable despite non-deterministic model behavior. Our objective is to help users complete tasks daily enjoyable with over ~90%* reduced time.
Role
- Support the full recruitment process across roles, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer support.
- Source candidates through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screens to assess basic role fit, motivation, and communication.
- Career coordination interviews, scheduling, and feedback collection with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data quality and process consistency.
- Support recruiting projects and process improvements as the team scales, including candidate experience and employer branding initiatives.
- Help keep hiring operations organized, responsive, and moving at pace.
What you will need
- 0–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, operations, coordination, or related roles (fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruiting are welcome).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with tools such as Google Sheets / Excel and basic ATS systems.
- A proactive, learning-oriented mindset and openness to feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through reliably.
