Talent Acquisition Partner

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful work and wants to join a team committed to helping people thrive. Candidates must reside in Connecticut to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for employees and interns, from sourcing and screening through offers, onboarding, and required pre-hire activities.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, plan interview strategies, support selection decisions, and make compensation recommendations aligned with equity and compliance.
• Create engaging job postings and source candidates through the ATS, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, schools, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines by monitoring hiring trends, sourcing effectiveness, market conditions, and candidate pipeline quality.
• Maintain timely candidate communication, accurate ATS data, recruitment metrics, and compliant hiring practices that reflect BHcare’s policies and core values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and experience creating and promoting job postings through job boards and social media platforms, including Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS platforms, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, consultation, organization, relationship-building, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage recruitment metrics, competing priorities, and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
• Ability to travel to BHcare locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in behavioral health or healthcare services.
• Experience working in a high-volume recruiting environment.
