Talent Acquisition Partner
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full-cycle recruiting process, building and managing pipelines for roles across various functions, and partnering closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and close candidates.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing
- Build and manage pipelines for roles spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, and corporate functions
- Source proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach — not just inbound applicants
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, calibrate on candidates, and move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, making every interaction reflect well on Authentic
- Maintain clean data and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) so we always know where things stand
- Contribute to employer branding and how we show up to candidates in the market
Requirements
3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at an insurtech, fintech, or tech company. Comfortable hiring across the board — technical and non-technical roles. A strong sourcer who doesn’t wait for applicants to come to you. Sharp communicator with high emotional intelligence — candidates and hiring managers both trust you. Organized and process-oriented without being rigid; you know when to move fast and when to slow down. Experienced with Greenhouse.

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $105,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to base compensation, this position is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus tied to hiring and recruiting goals.

Full-time, based in New York.
