We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: About the role (first paragraph after Job Description). Responsibilities (list). Essential Skills (list). Additional Skills & Qualifications (list). Work Environment (schedule info). Job Type & Location (maybe not needed as heading). Pay And Benefits (pay range). Also maybe "Work Environment" includes schedule (four days in office, one day remote). So we can have sections: About the role (h3), Responsibilities (h3), Skills (maybe combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications into Skills section). Benefits? Not explicit benefits besides pay range. No benefits details. So we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does not list benefits like health, etc. So omit Benefits. Pay section: we have pay range. So include Pay (h3). Schedule: we have work environment schedule info. So include Schedule (h3). Qualifications? Could combine Skills and Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can decide to use Skills and Qualifications separate if content exists. We have Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications. Could split: Skills (essential) and Qualifications (additional). But we need to avoid thin sections. Both have substantive content. Could make two sections: Skills and Qualifications. Or combine into one Skills section. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into Skills section covering both essential and additional. But we also have Requirements? Not explicitly separate; the essential skills could be considered requirements. But we have no separate Requirements section. We could omit Requirements. So final sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe Qualifications? But we can incorporate additional skills into Skills. Let's do that. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. We need to include the content from About the role paragraph: "This Talent Acquisition Business Partner role sits within an established, collaborative HR team and focuses primarily on full-cycle recruiting while contributing to broader talent and HR initiatives. The position blends hands-on recruiting across a wide range of roles with strategic workforce planning, talent programs, and process improvement, offering the opportunity to become a trusted partner to HR leadership and hiring managers." Responsibilities: list of bullet points from "Manage full-cycle recruiting..." through "Collaborate closely with a long-tenured HR team...". Need to capture each bullet as

  • . Ensure we keep all details. Skills: combine Essential Skills and Additional Skills & Qualifications. Need to list each bullet point as
  • . Must preserve all details. Let's extract. Essential Skills bullets (each line starts with a bold phrase? Actually they are sentences separated by periods. We'll treat each sentence as a bullet? The original formatting: "Approximately 5+ years of experience..." then "Proven in-house recruiting experience..." etc. They are separate sentences but not bullet list. We'll convert each sentence to
  • . Need to ensure we keep all content. Let's list them: - Approximately 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting, talent acquisition specialist/partner, or HR generalist role with substantial recruiting responsibilities, or 8–10+ years of experience in a senior recruiter, talent acquisition business partner, senior TA partner, or HR business partner role with meaningful recruiting ownership. - Proven in-house recruiting experience, preferably within an internal corporate or HR environment rather than agency-only background. - Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting expertise, including intake, sourcing, assessment, selection, and offer management. - Strong experience partnering directly with hiring managers to define needs, manage expectations, and drive effective hiring decisions. - Experience working closely with HR leadership and contributing to broader HR and talent initiatives. - Exposure to HR activities such as talent reviews, employee assessments, succession planning, workforce planning, and employee development programs. - Hands-on involvement in onboarding processes, with the ability to help improve and streamline new hire integration. - Recruiting and talent acquisition skills covering a range of roles, including technical, manufacturing, and corporate positions. - Human resources experience sufficient to engage confidently in HR-related projects and discussions. - Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions (around 25 active openings) while maintaining quality and responsiveness. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with HR colleagues and business leaders. - A process improvement mindset, consistently looking for ways to enhance recruitment workflows and HR programs. - Initiative-taking approach, with comfort stepping up, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions. - Collaborative working style with a low ego, team-first mentality, and ability to thrive in a stable, long-tenured HR team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications bullets: - Experience recruiting within manufacturing environments is a strong plus. - Industrial recruiting experience, particularly for production, assembly, or field service roles, is beneficial. - Exposure to medical device recruiting or similar regulated technical industries is advantageous. - Technical recruiting experience for engineering and specialized technical roles is highly valued. - National recruiting experience, managing roles across multiple locations in the U.S., is a plus but not required. - background in manufacturing is helpful but not mandatory. (Note lowercase start; keep as is) - Ability to identify process gaps and opportunities, and to contribute ideas that improve recruiting and HR practices. - Comfort representing the organization at career fairs, university recruiting events, and professional networking functions. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner effectively across different levels of the organization. - High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to an inclusive and equitable hiring process. We'll combine them. Pay section: The pay range: "$115000.00 - $130000.00/yr." Also note that individual compensation depends on factors. We'll include that as prose

. Schedule: Work Environment paragraph: "This role is based primarily onsite, with a typical schedule of four days in the office and one day remote each week, offering a balance of in-person collaboration and focused remote work. The HR team includes coordinators and business partners who have been with the organization for many years, creating a stable, supportive, and highly collaborative environment. Travel requirements are minimal and generally limited to career fairs, university recruiting events, and occasional networking activities, with no significant overnight or regional travel expected. The culture emphasizes initiative, low ego, and a team-first mentality, encouraging you to bring ideas forward, improve processes, and build trusted partnerships with HR leadership and hiring managers." We need to extract schedule info: four days in office, one day remote each week. Also maybe mention travel minimal. We'll keep all that as prose under Schedule heading. We must not include Job ID, requisition numbers, Application Deadline, etc. Also remove boilerplate like About Aston Carter, EEO, etc. Also remove "Job Type & Location" maybe not needed as heading; but we could include location as part of About the role? The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Location is minor metadata; we could drop it or include in a short p. Since we already have About the role section, we could add a short p after that about location? But we should not invent sections. Better to drop location entirely? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Location is substantive? It's location of job. Might be considered substantive. But we have no heading for location; we could fold into About the role paragraph as a short sentence. However the About the role paragraph currently does not mention location. We could add a short p after About the role: "Based in Norwood, MA." That's preserving info. But we must not create a heading for it. So we can add a

    after the About the role

. That's okay. Similarly, Job Type (Permanent) could be added as a short p. But we need to avoid creating thin sections. Adding a short p is fine. We'll include after About the role: a

containing "This is a Permanent position based out of Norwood, MA." Now check for any other substantive info: Work Environment includes schedule and travel etc. We'll put that under Schedule heading. Pay And Benefits heading: we will use

    Pay

and include the pay range and note about compensation factors. We must not include Benefits section. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:
