What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across the organization, from intake through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, attract, screen, interview, and assess candidates through a variety of channels and sourcing methodologies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill and specialized roles.
- Recommend and facilitate placement opportunities for both internal employees and external candidates.
- Utilize HRIS, ATS, recruitment marketing tools, social media platforms, and other sourcing technologies to identify and engage talent.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Evaluate and enhance recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop strategies that improve candidate engagement, hiring outcomes, and employee retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, providing market insights and talent recommendations.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
- At least eight years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a related role.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting across a variety of professional, sales, technical, operations, and leadership positions.
- Strong sourcing expertise with experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, and other proactive recruiting methods.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and talent analytics.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, construction materials, industrial, or field-based organizations is preferred.
