About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Talent Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our North American business while being an integral part of our global Talent Acquisition team.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for all US-based hiring needs, with flexibility to support hiring across EMEA and other regions as we expand
- Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, aligning talent acquisition activities with business priorities and ensuring successful hiring outcomes
- Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging and guiding decision-making where needed
- Champion diversity and inclusion, supporting the selection of a diverse talent pool that reflects our values
- Ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Drive improvements in recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives in North America
- Contribute to the development of global talent acquisition practices, supporting scalability across new markets
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-growing or international environment, familiarity with financing or leasing is an advantage
- Strong sourcing capability and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
- Proven experience hiring in the US market is essential, exposure to international or multi-region hiring is a strong plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience with ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Knowledge of industry best practices in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
