About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Senior Talent Manager, you will play a key role in scaling our North American business while being an integral part of our global Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for all US-based hiring needs, with flexibility to support hiring across EMEA and other regions as we expand
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, aligning talent acquisition activities with business priorities and ensuring successful hiring outcomes
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging and guiding decision-making where needed
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, supporting the selection of a diverse talent pool that reflects our values
  • Ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate experience from first contact to offer
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives in North America
  • Contribute to the development of global talent acquisition practices, supporting scalability across new markets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-growing or international environment, familiarity with financing or leasing is an advantage
  • Strong sourcing capability and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience hiring in the US market is essential, exposure to international or multi-region hiring is a strong plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Experience with ATS systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in Talent Acquisition
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
