Talent Acquisition Operations Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a mix of Talent Acquisition operational activities and project-based initiatives, including process improvements, hiring efficiency projects, and broader TA operational support.
• Partner closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, maintain project momentum, communicate updates, and ensure successful execution of priorities and deliverables.
• Conduct independent research, analyze challenges and opportunities, and develop actionable proposals and recommendations to improve TA processes, workflows, and team effectiveness.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to quickly shift between strategic projects and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Leverage AI tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, support data-driven decision making, and improve overall Talent Acquisition outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong TA and Project Management experience as a core foundation
• Flexibility to manage both operational tasks and project-based work
• Prominent ability to pivot quickly between competing priorities and execution needs
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently, conduct research, and generate proposals/recommendations
• Excellent communication skills in highly collaborative environments
• Demonstrated AI proficiency and comfort leveraging technology to drive efficiencies
• Strong accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities

Pay

The pay range for this role is $35.00 to $46.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
