You will partner with global leaders, HR centers of excellence, and functional stakeholders to create consistent practices across teams and regions. Responsibilities
- Oversee the global recruiting technology ecosystem including ATS and vendor management
- Develop the long-term strategy for Talent Acquisition Operations to align with business goals
- Lead AI technology adoption to enhance recruiter productivity and candidate experience
- Standardize recruiting processes across global regions while ensuring compliance
- Collaborate with various departments on workforce planning and operational projects
- Create executive dashboards to turn recruiting data into actionable insights
- Optimize candidate and hiring manager experiences through continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations or related fields for global organizations
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms like Greenhouse or Ashby, with a bonus for Ashby proficiency
- Experience with AI recruiting technologies and workflow automation implementations
- Strong analytical skills for building executive dashboards and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent program management and cross-functional leadership skills
- Knowledge of global employment laws and compliance standards
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment

Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
