Talent Acquisition Manager-Enablement Manager
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager is responsible for the development and optimization of Talent Acquisition programs, processes, technology, and innovation to deliver a best-in-class recruiting experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This role oversees the maintenance of resources and training to ensure effective and ongoing adoption of tools and processes. The individual will collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership, operational teams, and subject matter experts to develop and lead strategy design, implementation, and planning for high-volume innovation efforts while maintaining compliance standards within the Talent Acquisition process.
Responsibilities
- Partners with Talent Acquisition Leadership to support the overall strategy and framework for recruitment.
- Leads the standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement of recruitment processes by leveraging process improvement and technology enablers to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partners with HR, business, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to build solutions, manage pilots, and drive change management for innovations.
- Leads the development of training curriculum strategy to provide continuous education and upskilling for the Talent Acquisition team.
- Develops a data-driven reporting strategy to drive accountability, action, and compliance while proactively addressing opportunities in the recruitment process.
- Researches and analyzes the competitive landscape to identify trends and recommend enhancements to Aramark's recruitment technology and processes.
- Understands compliance standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring integration into all processes.
- Leads, develops, and mentors a team of process and program management professionals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in process or program management, talent acquisition, or human resource experience preferred.
- Experience managing vendor relationships preferred.
- Ability to partner and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Project management experience, including program implementation, process development, and program design.
- Experience using data and analytics tools to draw insights and inform priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools, including enterprise ATS, LinkedIn, Recruitment Marketing, Indeed, and more.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
