About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager leads recruiting strategy and operations for Integra's growing construction and data center business. This role manages a team of Talent Acquisition Partners while partnering with business leaders, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to attract top talent supporting mission-critical projects. Success in this role requires strong leadership, business partnership, construction recruiting expertise, and a passion for building high-performing recruiting teams and scalable hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead recruiting strategy and day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations for assigned construction and data center business units.
  • Partner with construction leadership to develop hiring strategies, workforce plans, and talent pipelines.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners.
  • Drive recruiting process improvements, best practices, and adoption of recruiting technologies, including Oracle HCM.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and provide market insights to business leaders.
  • Build relationships across the construction and mission-critical industry to strengthen Integra's talent pipeline.
  • Lead executive, confidential, and business-critical searches while supporting recruiters on complex hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience supporting construction, data center construction, engineering, EPC, or related industries.
  • Experience leading recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting strategy, workforce planning, sourcing, and talent analytics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred qualifications include experience supporting data center construction, mission-critical, hyperscale, or EPC organizations, experience with Oracle HCM or other ATS/HCM platforms, and SHRM, PHR, SPHR, or Talent Acquisition certification.
