Talent Acquisition Manager
Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the organization's talent acquisition strategy and execution, with a primary focus on proactively sourcing, engaging, and recruiting high-impact talent. This role will be responsible for identifying and attracting senior-level leaders, business development professionals, technical experts, and emerging talent that support the firm's continued growth.
Worksite Location: Downtown Minneapolis
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 base salary plus bonus potential.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively source, recruit, and close high-impact talent, including senior-level leaders, business development professionals, market leaders, and technical experts.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth and future hiring needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, reference checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely communication, effective interview coordination, and relationship management.
- Build and scale the talent acquisition function, including recruiting processes, tools, systems, and team structure.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, practice leaders, and hiring managers to develop search strategies and hiring priorities.
- Track recruiting metrics and measure performance against hiring goals and organizational growth objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success sourcing and recruiting senior-level professionals.
- Strong candidate engagement, influence, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience leading full-cycle recruitment efforts for complex, high-priority, and confidential searches.
- Ability to advise senior leaders on recruitment strategy, market conditions, compensation trends, and candidate selection.
- Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of employment laws, fair hiring practices, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and candidate experience.
