Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
  • Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
  • Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
  • Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives, and support individual career development plans
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes
  • Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness, and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
  • Source, recruit, screen, and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently, supervise, and motivate others
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to make decisions collaboratively and solve problems under pressure
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
  • Ability to present information to management
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure
  • Ability to show judgment and initiative and to accomplish job duties
  • Ability to use personal computer and software applications such as word processing and spreadsheets
  • Knowledge of broadband products and services
  • Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, staffing, and employment practices
  • Working knowledge of market compensation trends
  • Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience
