Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify top talent.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods.
- Lead talent management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term organizational success.
- Develop and coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
- Assist with succession planning and career path development across multiple departments.
- Partner directly with managers to assess talent needs, identify development opportunities, and improve team effectiveness.
- Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee retention.
- Career path development across multiple departments.
- Coordinate and participate in community outreach and corporate involvement programs that enhance the organization's employer brand.
- Analyze recruiting and talent management metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing thoughtful, data-driven recommendations and constructive feedback.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization while influencing positive business outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience
- Proven experience recruiting across a variety of functional areas, including engineering, operations, sales, finance/accounting, and other professional positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS software
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
