Primary Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies and identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using various sourcing methods.
  • Lead talent management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term organizational success.
  • Develop and coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
  • Assist with succession planning and career path development across multiple departments.
  • Partner directly with managers to assess talent needs, identify development opportunities, and improve team effectiveness.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and strengthen employee retention.
  • Career path development across multiple departments.
  • Coordinate and participate in community outreach and corporate involvement programs that enhance the organization's employer brand.
  • Analyze recruiting and talent management metrics to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing thoughtful, data-driven recommendations and constructive feedback.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization while influencing positive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management experience
  • Proven experience recruiting across a variety of functional areas, including engineering, operations, sales, finance/accounting, and other professional positions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
