Talent Acquisition Lead

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will play a crucial role in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates; act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
• Schedule interviews at every stage and provide timely updates as they move through the process.
• Maintain an organized recruiting process and serve as the admin for Greenhouse.
• Take the lead on all open searches and work alongside hiring managers on new search set up and needs.
• Partner with the People Team on headcount planning, onboarding, and compliance

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably in fintech or a tech start-up environment.
• 1-2 years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter
• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox AI, Granola, Claude, etc.)

Pay

Through the internal and market data Vise has collected, we expect the salary range for this position to be $140,000 - $190,000 per year, plus a competitive equity package. Your actual compensation will be determined based on your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Vise offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits.

Schedule

Vise is an onsite position in NYC, located in our SoHo office.
