Talent Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system.
• Develop recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing to address current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level.
• Source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercising independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates to job requirements.
• Coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
• Make decisions about whether a candidate should advance to the next step in the hiring process.
• Work closely with hiring managers, HR staff, and senior leadership to ensure recruiting practices meet organizational needs.
• Identify and evaluate new search mediums (sites + systems).
• Assist the Regional Manager of Talent Acquisition on special projects as needed.
• Assist with training, reporting, analytics, and identifying workforce planning opportunities.
• Advise and consult the business on the right fit, overseeing sourcing, screening, and interview processes to acquire the best talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of professional experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with advanced sourcing and data mining techniques.
• Experience developing and negotiating job offers.
• General knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws, regulations, and legislation, including working knowledge of employment law as it applies to recruitment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

• Demonstrates positive interpersonal and effective communication skills.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $73,819.20 to $105,372.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
