Talent Acquisition / HR Systems Intern
About the role
Allied Solutions offers a robust internship program for juniors and seniors, focusing on learning and development alongside hands-on experience. The program immerses interns into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to execute projects within their professional interests. The Talent Acquisition and HRIS Intern directly assists the HR Department with a wide range of projects related to HR, focusing on talent acquisition and HR systems. This includes coordination of recruitment lifecycle efforts, projects on employment branding, analytics, and system efficiencies, as well as administrative tasks. The intern gains a better understanding of the role and hands-on experience to prepare for a career in Human Resources with a concentration in Talent Acquisition and HR Systems.
Responsibilities
- Support HR project work and/or lead initiatives among cross-functional teams as assigned.
- Understand employer branding and the employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.
- Shadow a full-lifecycle recruiter on how to recruit and hire.
- Gain an understanding of how Talent Acquisition partners with the business.
- Learn business processes within Workday.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Ability to manage deadlines.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
Program details
- 12-week program: May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Location: Headquarters in Carmel, IN
