About the Role

This role, primarily focused on recruiting, blends full‑cycle recruiting and engagement initiatives with exposure to broader workforce planning and culture work. As a Talent & Engagement Specialist, you'll partner with employees, leaders, and candidates across Camden National Bank to help attract, develop, engage, and retain great talent. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your banking knowledge while gaining hands-on exposure to a broad range of HR functions.

Work Arrangement

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with home locations across our footprint considered for qualified internal candidates.

Pay

The prospective range of pay we will offer to a successful applicant to this position is $59,400.00-$88,350.00, which represents a good faith estimate of what we expect to offer at the time of posting based on the role's responsibilities, level and location. Actual starting salary will be determined by the Bank in the Bank's discretion, and shall depend on the applicant's experience, skills, education, certifications, as well as other relevant business conditions. Final offers will reflect these considerations and may vary accordingly.
