About the role

The Director of Talent Acquisition is a strategic leader responsible for designing, building, and leading a high-performing talent acquisition function to support the rapid growth of an organization providing services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. Leveraging expertise in recruitment strategies, employment branding, and talent technology, including Workday ATS, this role will develop scalable processes and infrastructure to attract, engage, and hire top talent across all service lines and locations. The Director will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, build and manage a recruitment team, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and innovation.

Requirements

  • Complete criminal background check
  • Name checked in the registries (OIG exclusions database, Child Abuse Registry, and Offenders Against Individuals with Developmental Disabilities)
  • Drug testing
  • Education verification and other credentialing based on position requirements
  • Proof of employment history or references (if required)
  • For positions that require driving: proof of driver’s license, driver insurance, and vehicle
