Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates through research, proactive sourcing, networking, relationship-building and strategic programs.
  • Conduct in-depth phone screens and effectively leverage our assessment tools to evaluate candidates' qualifications and potential to excel in their role and within our dynamic work environment.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and refine job descriptions to attract the best talent.
  • Leverage technology and analytics to enhance recruitment processes, improve candidate experience, streamline workflows and monitor the effectiveness of your recruitment strategies.
  • Stay current with talent market conditions, high-volume hiring best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies to ensure our candidate pipeline remains robust and competitive.
  • Provide coaching and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and onboarding processes to enhance their recruitment skills and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Effectively articulate our vision for the company, team and role, creating a compelling value proposition for candidates
  • Align budget considerations, external benchmarks and candidate expectations to ensure we are developing and extending appropriate compensation packages leading lead to high acceptance rates.

Education & Licensure Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, human Resources, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Other Skills or Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting for complex roles in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HRIS platforms.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes.
