About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews
  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

  • Talent acquisition software proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail

Pay

  • $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
