About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to support organizational growth and retention goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment with company objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Talent acquisition software proficiency (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
