Candidate & Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews and recruiting-related meetings.
Coordinate candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
Support offer preparation and delivery activities.
Manage interview logistics and scheduling activities.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
Support executive interview coordination as needed.

Contractor Hiring & Workforce Administration

Coordinate contractor hiring and onboarding activities.
Partner with staffing vendors and hiring managers throughout the contractor lifecycle.
Support contractor extensions, transitions, and offboarding activities.
Maintain contractor records and workforce tracking information.
Assist with contractor-related approvals, documentation, and administrative processes.
Support contingent workforce reporting and data accuracy efforts.

Recruiting Operations & Process Support

Support recruiting workflows and operational processes.
Review, approve, and assign requisitions in Workday (ATS) to Recruiters.
Coordinate background checks and pre-employment activities.
Manage Talent Acquisition inboxes and requests.
Maintain recruiting records and documentation.
Assist with reporting, data entry, and system updates.
Support compliance and audit-related activities.

Team Support & Continuous Improvement

Provide administrative support to recruiters and recruiting leaders.
Assist with Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives.
Help identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experiences.
Support adoption of new tools, technologies, and ways of working.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Skills: Scheduling and coordination, Clear communication skills, Strong attention to detail, Organization, Ability to manage multiple priorities, Technology aptitude and digital fluency, Ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly, Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 (three) years of proven experience in TA coordination, operations, processes, and recruiting support, Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Experience in recruiting, HR, operations, administration, customer support, project coordination, or related fields is helpful
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field, preferred, Equivalent experience considered
  • Temperament: Ownership & Accountability, Learning Agility & Curiosity, Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement, Collaboration & Adaptability

Estimated Base Pay Range

$30.00 - $36.00 USD/hour

#Hybrid Pay Rate
